PUBLIC NOTICE TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO THE TRUSTEES OF THE FREE PUBLIC LIBRARY OF NORTHFIELD, NJ, T/A THE OTTO BRUYNS PUBLIC LIBRARY OF NORTHFIELD

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Trustees of the Free Public Library of Northfield, N.J. t/a The Otto Bruyns Public Library of Northfield, a municipal corporation, seeks qualifications for professional services under a FAIR AND OPEN process.

Qualifications for the following professional services will be accepted: auditor of fiscal year 2025 financial records of the Trustees of the Free Public Library of Northfield, N.J., t/a The Otto Bruyns Public Library of Northfield, a municipal corporation.  The minimum requested qualifications for this solicitation are: Certified Public Accountant (CPA); Registered Municipal Accountant (RMA); familiarity with State Library laws and regulations, N.J.S.A. 40:54-1, et. seq., and N.J.A.C.  15:21-2 et. Seq.: and a working knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software.

Sealed qualifications for such professional services, not subject to public bidding, will be received by Mia Fabi, Library Director, at the Otto Bruyns Public Library of Northfield, 241 W Mill Road, Northfield, New Jersey, 08225, no later than 5 pm on June 12, 2026.  Thereafter, the Board of the Trustees of the Free Public Library of Northfield, NJ, t/a The Otto Bruyns Public Library of Northfield shall publicly select the successful applicant for the above position, which selection shall be confirmed and approved as required by law.
