Unexcused Absence of Board Members

Trustees are expected to make every effort to attend all meetings of the Board. If a member is unable to attend a specific meeting, he or she must notify either the Director or a fellow Board member as much in advance of the meeting as possible. It is understood and acceptable that obligations may occassionaly prevent a member from attending.

It is also understood that if a Trustee misses two meetings in a row without having provided notice as directed above, such Trustee is interpreted as having resigned from the Board.
